Basic (Kihon, Kumite and Advanced Kumite) course:




A)     Standing Zuki / Tsuki (punch): -


Standing position (Yame Dachi) Choku Zuki or Tsuki (Punch) to be followed towards the Jodan, Chudan and Gedan level pointed. Standing position (Yame Dachi) Choku Zuki or Tsuki (Punch) hips movement towards the 45 degree left side and right side of the body to be followed with Jodan, Chudan and Gedan level pointed. In all the above mentioned training methods to be followed with great proficiency, accuracy and target (starting time with 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, 4000 or more times per day, depending on physical and mental stamina of the candidate.

 

B)     Standing Uke (Block): –


Age Uke (upper rising block), Shoto Uke (middle level block movement from inside to outside of the body line), Uchi Uke (middle level block movement from outside to inside of the body line), Gedan Uke / Barai (down level block), Shuto Uke (sword hand or plum block), Kake Uke (middle level numeric 8 shape or hook block), Mawashi Uke (numeric double 8 shape both hands block), X block (both hands or plum X block). In all the above mentioned training methods to be followed with great proficiency, accuracy and target (starting time with 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, 4000 or more times per day, depending on physical and mental stamina of the candidate.

 

C)    Standing Uchi (open hand or plum strike): –


Shuto Uchi (Long strike with open hand edges of the plum towards Jodan, Chudan and Gedan level). Hytho Uchi (Long strike with open edges opposite side of the plum towards Jodan, Chudan and Gedan level). Nukite (with different forms of spear hand fingers strikes). Keito Uchi (with outside of the bending wrist joint strike), Empi Uchi (different forms of elbow strikes like Mai Empi Uchi, Mawashi Empi Uchi, Yoko Empi Uchi, Ushiro Empi Uchi, Ushiro Mawashi Empi Uchi strikes).  In all the above mentioned training methods to be followed with great proficiency, accuracy and target (starting time with 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, 4000 or more times per day, depending on physical and mental stamina of the candidate.    

 

D)      Keri or Geri wasa / Geri (kicking techniques): –


Mai Geri (front snap or thrust kick with ball of the foot, strong finger parts of the foot and or heel of the foot should on the target). Yoko Geri (side thrust kick, foot blade position and heel should on the target). Mawashi Geri (round house kick, ball of the foot with semi blade position or with pointed fingers stretched toe should on the target). Ura Mawashi Geri (half circling short round house kick or hook kick, back ball of the foot stretched towards the target). Ushiro Geri (back thrust kick; heel of the foot should on the target). Ushiro Mawashi Geri (full circling with 360 degree round house kick, back ball of the foot stretched towards the target), Mai Ura Mawashi Geri (45 degree round S kick, inside stretched foot should on the target). Scorpion Kick (vertically, full reverse circling 360 degree back round drop kick, stretched ball of the foot or heel  should on the target). In all the above mentioned training methods to be followed with great proficiency, accuracy and target (starting time with 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, 4000 or more times per day, depending on physical and mental stamina of the candidate.    

 

E)   Hija Geri (knee strike): -


Long or short knee striking to the Jodan (upper), Chudan (middle) and Gedan (lower) level pointed. In all the above mentioned training methods to be followed with great proficiency, accuracy and target (starting time with 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, 4000 or more times per day, depending on physical and mental stamina of the candidate.

    

F)   Ren Geri or Keri (double kick): -


Continue forms of all the above mentioned Keri or Gari wasa (kicking techniques). Mai Geri (front snap kick), Mawashi Geri (round house kick), Yoko Geri (side thrust kick), Ura Mawashi Geri (reverse round house hook kick), Ushiro Geri (turning back thrust kick) , Ushiro Mawashi Geri (360 degree reverse turning hook kick), Mai Ura Mawashi Geri (combination of front and round hook kick), Scorpion Kick. In all the above mentioned training methods to be followed with great proficiency, accuracy and target (starting time with 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, 4000 or more times per day, depending on physical and mental stamina of the candidate.    

 

G)  Oi Zuki / Tsuki (punch): - 


Long length straight front punch, on Zenkutsu Dachi (long front stance) / Motho Dachi (short front stance) / Shiko Dachi (toes face out at about 45 degrees, square stance) / Kiba Dachi (square horse stance) / Nikoyashi Dachi (cat stance) / Fudo Dachi / Hungetshu Dachi / to the Jodan, Chudan and Gedan level pointed. In all the above mentioned training methods to be followed with great proficiency, accuracy and target (starting time with 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, 4000 or more times per day, depending on physical and mental stamina of the candidate.   

 

H)   Giyaku Zuki / Tsuki (punch): -


Long and short length reverse hand punch, on Zenkutsu Dachi / Motho Dachi / Shiko Dachi / Kiba Dachi / Nikoyashi Dachi / Fudo Dachi / Hungetshu Dachi / to the Jodan, Chudan and Gedan level pointed. In all the above mentioned training methods to be followed with great proficiency, accuracy and target (starting time with 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, 4000 or more times per day, depending on physical and mental stamina of the candidate.   

 

I)     Combination techniques of hands: -


Standing Choku Zuki or Tsuki on yame dachi (zuki or tsuki with hip rotation on yame dachi towards the 45 degree angle migi – right and hidari - left), then straight spinning back Choku Zuki or Tsuki along with hip rotation on yame dachi.

Step forward spinning Oi Zuki or Tsuki (front hand long punch), Giyaku Zuki or Tsuk (back hand punch), continue with step back spinning Gedan Barai (lower level block), Uraken Uchi (Back Fist strike), Giyaku Zuki or Tsuki (back hand punch).

Step forward spinning Uraken Uchi (Back Fist strike), Giyaku Zuki or Tsuki (back hand punch), continue with step back spinning Kizami Jodan Nagashi Uke (upper sweeping palm or wrist Block), Gidan Barai (lower level block), Giyaku Zuki or Tsuki (back hand punch).

Step forward Oi Zuki or Tsuki, Giyaku Zuki or Tsuki and continue with step back Age Uke (upper rising block), Uraken Uchi (Back Fist strike), Giyaku Zuki or Tsuki (back hand punch).

Step forward spinning Uraken Uchi (Back Fist strike), Giyaku Zuki or Tsuk (back hand punch), continue with step back spinning Shoto Uke (middle level block), Gedan Barai (lower level block), Giyaku Zuki or Tsuki (back hand punch).

Step forward spinning Uraken Uchi (Back Fist strike), Giyaku Zuki or Tsuki (back hand punch), continue with step back spinning Age Uke (upper rising block), Gedan Barai (lower level block), Giyaku Zuki or Tsuki (back hand punch). 

Step forward spinning Uraken Uchi (Back Fist strike), Giyaku Zuki or Tsuki (back hand punch), continue with step back spinning Shoto Uke (middle level block), Gedan Barai (lower level block), Giyaku Zuki or Tsuki (back hand punch).   

Every spinning hip rotational movements will be with clockwise and anti clockwise. In all the above mentioned training methods to be followed with great proficiency, accuracy and target (starting time with 50, 100, 200 or more times per day, depending on physical and mental stamina of the candidate.   

 

J)   Combination techniques of hands and legs: -

Step forward spinning Uraken Uchi (Back Fist strike), Giyaku Mai Geri back (back leg front kick), Giyaku Zuki or Tsuki (back hand punch), continue with step back spinning Kizami Jodan Nagashi Uke (upper sweeping palm or wrist Block), Gedan Barai (lower level block), Giyaku Zuki or Tsuki (back hand punch).    

Step forward spinning Uraken Uchi (Back Fist strike), Chudan Kizami Mawashi Geri (middle level front leg round house kick), Giyaku Zuki or Tsuki (back hand punch), continue with step back spinning Kizami Nagashi Uke (back hand upper level sweeping palm or wrist Block), Gedan Barai (lower level block), Giyaku Zuki or Tsuki (back hand punch).    

Step forward spinning Uraken Uchi (Back Fist strike), Chudan Kizami kikomi Yoko Geri (middle level front thrust kick), Giyaku Zuki or Tsuki (back hand punch), continue with step back spinning back hidari hand Jodan Kizami Nagashi Uke (back hand upper level sweeping palm or wrist Block), Kizami zuki or tsuki (upper level front hand snap punch), Giyaku Zuki or Tsuki (back hand punch).     

Step forward spinning Mawashi Geri (forward leg round house kick), Uraken Uchi (Back Fist strike), Giyaku Zuki or Tsuki (back hand punch), continue with step back spinning Kizami Jodan Nagashi Uke (upper level sweeping palm or wrist Block), Jodan Kizami Mawashi Geri (upper level front leg round house kick), Giyaku Zuki or Tsuki (back hand punch).     

Every spinning hip rotational movements will be with clockwise and anti clockwise and kicking techniques (Keri / Geri wasa) should be pull back before landing. In all the above mentioned training methods to be followed with great proficiency, accuracy and target (starting time with 50, 100, 200 or more times per day, depending on physical and mental stamina of the candidate.   

 

K)    Te wasa (open hand techniques) Keri / Geri wasa (kicking techniques) : -

Step forward spinning Shuto Uchi (open hand strike), Gedan Barai, Giyaku Zuki or Tsuki, continue with step back spinning Kizami Nagashi Uke, Kizami Mawashi Geri Giyaku Zuki or Tsuki.
